About This Page
Neocities only exposes around 7 days of traffic history.
This page extends that limitation by archiving the data locally each time the deployment script runs.
The system fetches:
- the public Neocities stats page
- the Neocities API totals
- the current follower count
It then stores two local datasets:
frostecho-stats.csv
Daily historical traffic data used for the graph.frostecho-meta.csv
A snapshot containing total views, hits, followers, averages, and update timestamps.
The graph itself uses:
- logarithmic scaling
- exponential moving averages (EMA)
- persistent historical merging
This makes long-term trends easier to read while preserving spikes and irregular growth patterns.
Nothing on this page is updated manually.
Each deployment rebuilds the analytics files and regenerates the SVG graph automatically.
